About my area

I cover all of Midcoast Maine from Brunswick, all the way up to Camden/Rockland: Wiscasset, Bath, Georgetown, Dresden, Woolwich, Damariscotta and Boothbay area, towns along the Sheepscot, Damariscotta and Kennebec rivers and more!

I have a wide knowledge of the Wiscasset area, with in-depth knowledge of both the buyer's and seller's perspectives. I am uniquely positioned to offer advice on real estate in Maine having lived in the area for many years.

Wiscasset boasts some of the region’s most famous architectural landmarks. The Nickels-Sortwell House features Federal-style architecture, with an elliptical stairway with rope-like carvings and the noted oval skylight. Castle Tucker is another must-see. The Victorian-style mansion is known for the upstairs piazza: two-story high windows overlooking the river. In the downtown streets, you’ll find a range of restaurants, shops, and attractions, including the 1812 Jail, the Lilac Cottage, the Wiscasset General Store, the Musical Wonder House, and the Octagon House. Having launched its first ship over 400 years ago, and still home to the Bath Iron Works shipbuilders, the city of Bath is proud of its maritime history. The Maine Maritime Museum celebrates this long heritage, with 25 acres of historic waterfront featuring original 19th century shipyards and exhibits. Named one of the "Best Small Cities in America," Bath offers visitors the opportunity to wander down treelined streets, along the Kennebec River and past beautifully restored 19th century homes. View Bath homes for sale

Brunswick is one of the most desirable mid-coast Maine towns with a population was 20,278 (at the 2010 census). Part of the Portland-South Portland-Biddeford metropolitan area, Brunswick is home to Bowdoin College, the Bowdoin College Museum of Art, the Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum, The Theater Project, and the Maine State Music Theatre. It is also home to Mid Coast Hospital, one of Maine's newest full-service hospitals; and Parkview Adventist Medical Center. It was previously home to Naval Air Station Brunswick.
